Was so excited to receive my chairs. I had heard so many good things about this brand so when my orders arrived I was so happy. However one of the chairs the the seat had a broken piece. When I reached out to Branch someone respond quickly and sent a replace part in less than 48 hours. Now that customer service! I love both of the chairs I received!

Amazing to say the least! There was slight problem with the delivery (carrier error, NOT Branch’s error!) and I reached out the branch to get help and it was the best customer service I have ever received, I cannot stress that enough. And you may think I’m exaggerating but I promise you I’m not, seriously top tier customer service!
Anyways onto the actual chair, it is worth every penny. I can sit in the chair for longer and once I get up, no back or shoulder pain like I used to have with my old chair, the difference is insane. It is so comfy and has so much support and is overall just fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend especially if you sit at a desk for long periods of time, this will help you and your back greatly. The mesh is also super nice snd stretchy so it forms to your body shapes once you sit in it if that makes sense, it’s just really nice and great quality.
Overall, fantastic chair and I highly recommend for anyone who sits at a desk. It is seriously worth the money, it’s a great investment especially in the long term and you’ll get more than your moneys worth!
