The Ergonomic Chair Pro in the Shore color arrived well-packed and assembled easily enough; in about 15 minutes. Each of the various parts seem robust and well constructed to handle my 6 foot, 200 pound self. That is, happily, it seems a few levels above your average Office Max chair. It rolls quite nicely over the wood flooring in my office as well as the short piled rug in the center of the room. There are a number of welcome adjustments one can make to the seat, seatback, and arm rests. About the only thing that seems superfluous is the lumbar support, the height of which is quite low (on me) and not adjustable. Overall I'm thrilled with this new purchase and feel it's a good value and a good choice over much pricier chairs I've used in the past.

I’ve been suffering alternating between an old Steelcase office chair and a decorative office chair from Crate & Barrel. Finally we decided to upgrade and my back is so thankful that we did. The additional ergonomic controls are worth it as I feel sufficiently supported — especially in my lower back. I also love that the chair is aesthetically pleasing as my desk is in our living room. 10/10!

Purchased the Ergonomic chair pro and just received the order on 11/20/2024. The box was delivered with several holes. The chair seat mechanism was sticking through the box. A small piece from the underside of the seat mechanism was broken inside the box. This does not effect the movement of the chair seat and you can't see the broken piece. It took approximately 30-40 minutes to put the chair together. Instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. However, I had trouble with one screw, when attaching the seat mechanism to the seat, and actually broke the Allen tool inside this screw. The chair is very comfortable, looks good and is made of high quality material. We are very pleased with this chair.

Over my career, I have spent more money on office chairs every couple of years than I care to admit. For the first time, I looked outside my typical budget to find something that would last. I did research and read reviews. It quickly became clear that the Branch Ergonomic Chair Pro was the head of the class. If you are like me, you sit in your office chair for many hours a day. This chair is more costly that some, but you deserve it!
