So far, I love this chair! I have yet to find a 'minor flaw'. As far as I'm concerned this is good as new. My only complaint is that the arms are loose. No matter how many times I've tried retightening the bolts where they attach (and making sure they aren't cross-threaded) I can't seem to get them tight enough to the point they don't wiggle back and forth. I've also reviewed the FAQs on the website. I don't notice it while I'm working, which is great. It just seems like they shouldn't move!

The ergonomic chair was very simple to put together. I was extremely surprised by how easy it was to follow the directions. The chair is very comfortable and I just sat in it on and off for 8 hours and no fatigue whatsoever. Best office purchase for the year.

Chair is great but the seat unfortunately came with some pulled threads which was a bummer. Overall chair is really comfortable to sit in for 5+ hours a day.
Would recommend not doing open box.

Excellent cushion. Excellent recline spring weight. Excellent spin bearings. Here is my recommendation for Branch: lock the armrest fore/aft positioning. As soon as you touch it with any sense of purpose, it slides and makes a horrible loud clunking sound.
