I am sharing our experience with the Branch Ergonomic Pro Chair that my director and I recently purchased.
We are thoroughly impressed with the quality of the chairs and greatly appreciate the straightforward and efficient setup process. However, we initially faced a slight issue with the chair height in relation to our new desks, as we are both around 5'3" and 5'4". To resolve this, we opted to purchase the tall cylinder accessory, and I am pleased to report that it perfectly adjusted our chairs to the desired height.
We are still exploring the various settings to optimize the chairs to meet our ergonomic requirements. We are also considering adding headrests to further enhance our comfort.

Does exactly what it is supposed to, made the chair taller and is good quality. I personally ended up going back to the normal cylinder as it was too tall for me. I am 5'11 but with shorter legs than body and was able to get away with a 90 degree leg angle at the higher settings of the normal cylinder.
