    Exemplary Customer Service

    I always buy quality but this was my first Branch purchase. I did not expect their customer service to be at the highest level. AUSTIN J went beyond the normal role to help and was incredibly responsive leading to a great experience both in quality and service. There is no point buying from anywhere else when both cannot be matched. Love my chair.
