I purchased the ergonomic chair as a replacement for my home office. I suffer both lower back and knee issues and assumed my old chair may be contributing to my issues. I was right. Great ergonomic chair. Fits like a glove and has support in all the right places. Has all the adjustments you would need. Color sand is beautiful and matches my desk perfectly.
Shipped and delivered fast. Easy 6 step 30-45 min assembly. You get written instructions and also have the option to scan a QR code for a pdf version as well as a video assembly tutorial. Following the written was all I needed.
Get this chair over gambling on an Amazon purchase. Quality is almost guaranteed with Branch.
Bottom base did arrive with a ding in the metal but nothing worth complaining about.

Great desk. Insutrctions to assemble were clear. highly recommend having a screw machine drill over a simple screw driver. we had only a screw driver so it took time to assemble. Overall, it is a quality desk. Happy with it

So far the chair has worked perfectly for me. I appreciate the help I got when putting it together as I was having difficulty with attaching the back .
I do wish that you could move the seat forward and back while sitting in the chair as that was what it showed on the video.

Love the fast shipping. So far it's been a great product. Soooo much better that my Razer Enki X. I would say the arm rests could be improved. They are pretty hard and smooth so I'll be buying some padded armrest covers. Other than that it is very comfortable and adjustable so it can accommodate my ergonomic preferences. So far I would definitely recommend it.
