The Ergonomic Chair Pro in the Shore color arrived well-packed and assembled easily enough; in about 15 minutes. Each of the various parts seem robust and well constructed to handle my 6 foot, 200 pound self. That is, happily, it seems a few levels above your average Office Max chair. It rolls quite nicely over the wood flooring in my office as well as the short piled rug in the center of the room. There are a number of welcome adjustments one can make to the seat, seatback, and arm rests. About the only thing that seems superfluous is the lumbar support, the height of which is quite low (on me) and not adjustable. Overall I'm thrilled with this new purchase and feel it's a good value and a good choice over much pricier chairs I've used in the past.

The chair is perfect for me ( 5' 2" female). Seat height and depth adjustments ensure an ergonomic and comfortable sitting position. Arm rests and lumbar support are adjustable as well. The chair looks great as well. Everyone who has tried it has only positive thing to say. The optional head rest makes leaning back and relaxing even better. The packaging in which the chair arrives is exceptionally strong to prevent the parts from damage during shipping. The assembly instructions are well written and easy to follow. Installing the casters into the base does require an enormous amount of force to snap them into place and I had some difficulty with that step. The chair is heavy and while I was able to assemble it myself, some steps during the assembly would be easier for two people. I am exceptionally pleased with my new Branch Ergo Pro chair and would recommend it.
