Firstly, you sent me this survey before I received the goods, so major mistep there. Secondly, there are no assembly instructions. Since I didn't discover this unil the long weekend, I now have to wait until Monday before I can put it together.
The product might be great, but between the extra 2 months it took to get my product and lack of proactive updates from your company, I am not sure I would order from you again.
