Keep in mind that the control box for the actual desk will sit in the middle of the cable organizer tray, but that doesn't mean that it is cramped/ I'm able to keep a large gaming monitor power brick tucked in there with all of the cables being zip-tied using the provided holes, and also keep my laptop power brick there too.
For cables I can't fit on the sides of the unit, I can tuck them behind the optional power strip that I got as well. The USB-C port is great, but keep in mind that they can only deliver a few watts of power. It is great for charging smaller devices like phones or earbuds, but iPads and laptops won't receive any power. I also plug the desk itself into the optional power bar so I only have 1 cable going from the desk to the wall.
Overall a great addition, and with the cable organizer attached you can still attach a monitor arm off to one side. Honestly deceptively spacious, as I was a bit skeptical once I installed it and saw that the control box sits right in the middle.
