    THE BEST customer service EVER

    I received a very prompt response and the issue was resolved really fast.

    I didn't expect to get the answer back fast and I received email that the resolution method of sending a new product right away.

    I emailed Monday and the product is already on the way today, Wednesday.

    Nice chair

    I have enjoyed using the chair. However, the armrest do not seem to stay in the opposition. They always want to slide down. I have tried several ways, but to no avail.
